Privacy notice
Who we are. My Project Team Management Corp. ("we") runs this ticket page. Contact: vic@myproj.team.
What we collect and why. Your first name and email address, to confirm your email with a code and to arrange your ticket. We also use them to send you our monthly Vancouver renovation guide, which you agree to when you claim a ticket. You can unsubscribe at any time. We record the date and time of your consent and the wording you agreed to. We also record the IP address and browser information used to claim, and the link that brought you here, to enforce the limits of one ticket per email address and two per household and to stop misuse.
Consultation requests. If you ask for a free online consultation, we use your email only to reply and arrange it. It is not added to our newsletter.
Who we share it with. To issue your ticket, we give your email address to the Vancouver Fall Home Show organizer and its ticketing system. The organizer handles it under its own privacy policy. We also use an email service to send our messages. We do not sell or rent your information.
Embedded content. This page shows two videos hosted on Vimeo. Their preview images load from Vimeo; the player loads only when you press play, with Vimeo's tracking turned off. The page may also show reviews from Google. When you play a Vimeo video, Vimeo receives your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy. Our own video is served from our server.
How long we keep it. IP address and browser records are deleted within 90 days after the show. Your name and email are kept while you are subscribed, and for up to two years after you unsubscribe so that we can honour your opt-out.
Your choices. Unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by writing to vic@myproj.team. You may ask to see, correct or delete your information at the same address.
